This coffee is produced by a group of smallholders in Tolima who form the Asociación de Cafés Diferenciados Brisas Nevado de la Vereda El Mirador. This coffee is processed and washed using the traditional method - coffee cherries are picked, pulped, washed and dried on patios or raised beds. The region is known for its varied microclimates, high altitudes and speciality grade profiles. Very much a classic coffee, roasted to highlight the natural brown sugar sweetness, hazelnut and rich cocoa.
